about the artist

kera rasavanh is an artist and curator raised in honolulu, hawaiʻi. they are pursuing a ba in art history and certificate in queer studies at uh mānoa. working predominantly with photography, graphic design, and printmaking, rasavanh takes on themes regarding geo-political issues, cultural identity, and “bootleg” imagery of popular films through their ongoing practice. they have worked with numerous non-profit organizations and was formerly the gallery assistant at the arts at marks garage.
